Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Standard delivery is AED 15, or free on orders over AED 150. We aim to deliver your order within 1–2 business days of dispatch.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking notification so you can follow your delivery.

Returns

We want you to love your Piccolo Co. order. If for any reason you're not happy, we accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, please email hello@thepiccolo.co with your order number and reason for return. A collection fee of AED 15 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or opened.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 3 months of purchase, we will offer a full replacement or refund.

Simply email hello@thepiccolo.co with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll sort it straight away.

Exchanges

Want a different print? We're happy to exchange unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. A collection fee of AED 15 applies. Please email hello@thepiccolo.co to arrange.
